Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (unworn with all protective plastics intact)
  • Must include all original tags, packaging, and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any watches where protective plastics have been removed or show signs of wear. This includes all:

Refund Process

After inspection (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 10 business days

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly state desired replacement in your initial email
  • New item ships after return is processed
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). International customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
