Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our Swiss-engineered timepieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receipt.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition (unworn with all protective plastics intact)
- Must include all original tags, packaging, and documentation
- Must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any watches where protective plastics have been removed or show signs of wear. This includes all:
- Digital watches
- Quartz watches
- Sports watches
- Swiss watches
- Both men’s and women’s collections
Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage with all original materials

Refund Process
After inspection (typically 3-5 business days):
- Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 10 business days
- Credit card/PayPal refunds appear in 3-5 business days after processing
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state desired replacement in your initial email
- New item ships after return is processed
- Price differences will be adjusted accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). International customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
