Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, our policy is designed with the same precision and attention to detail that defines our Swiss-made watches.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition (unworn, with all protective plastics intact)
- Include all original tags, packaging, and documentation
- Be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 296 Cambridge Place, Hanover, US 21076. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will appear on your statement within 3-5 business days after we process them.
- Original Shipping Costs: Are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state the replacement watch you desire in your initial email
- We will ship your new item once the return is received and processed
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For international returns, customs fees and import duties are non-refundable.
